You need to have that forbearance in you.
You need to stay positive and dilapidate the negativity which comes through your way.

To make this happen you need to talk to the person about it and make sure that your words don't hurt them.
Be genteel.
Be appreciative.

It is therefore very important to analyse our thoughts and actions to understand what in us attracted this situation in the first place.
