Magnetic Relaxation

Unlike sleeping, magnetic relaxation requires you to be physically at rest but subconsciously alert. When your conscious mind is relaxed; the positive suggestions seep into your subconscious. To achieve maximum benefit from relaxation: Sit in a comfortable chair or lie down to a bed. - Let go of all the tensions by repeating to yourself: "I can now relax comfortably.
