- Hydration : Did you drink enough water today ? There is endless benefits to staying hydrated all day long. It reduces acne, helps digestion , helps to maintain the balance of body fluids, can help control calories, helps energise muscles and so on...
- Hygiene : Stay clean. Stay focused. Shower daily, wear clean clothes (even on lazy days) , brush your teeth twice, wash your face twice a day. Staying hygiene will prevent illness and infections from bacteria or viruses. You will have healthy personal and professional relationship.
- Hyperactivity : Have you moved ground today ? If you haven't, then get up and do some exercise. It will help you reduce stress, you will have fun and sleep better. It will boost your happiness level, reduce your risk of heart disease naturally, increases strength and flexibility, improve memory and increases self- confidence.
- Rest : Why should we have little rest ?
- Meet your non-work self - "So, what do you do?" Its a question that often gets asked when you meet someone new. Some people get a sense of identity from their job. But who are you if you aren't your work?
- Lose fat and feel hungry - Rest in the form of sleep is critical to losing fat and feeling less hungry.
- Be a better problem solver - The brain gets better solving new problems after a good nap.
- Reward : Recognise hard work. Don't save special things for special occasions. Make the occasion special. It will brighten your mood. Keep rewarding your self always.
- Recharge : How do you feel today ?
Extrovert - Go meet your friends.
Pick up something to do that you always enjoy. Its okay to take a Me Day to be Better You.
